Margarita Blender Recipes:
Here is a perfect recipe for your margarita blender. This version has a great, light, sour lime taste and you can use this with a number of other fruit substitutes. If your mix is too thick then add more sour mix or Triple Sec: or did it get too thin? Then just throw some more ice into your margarita blender. If your using a Margaritaville machine the ice mix will always be right
The Fixins:
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 1/2 oz Jose Cuervo Tequila
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 3 oz sour mix
- lime wedge to finish it off.
- salt for rimming glass (Live dangerously)
Get R Done:
- Mix the ingredients into a margarita blender.
- Let it do its thing.
- If desired, salt the rim of a chilled glass.
- Pour contents into the glass.
- Garnish with a wedge of lime.
Hawaiian Margarita
You don’t normally think of margaritas and Hawaii at the same time but you will after this drink. It’s like going on vacation anytime you want. Simply grab a chunk of pineapple along with a couple of strawberries for added nourishment. If your mix is too thick then add more sour mix or Triple Sec: did it get too thin? Then just blend in more ice. If your using a Margaritaville machine the ice mix will always be right.
The Fixins:
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 1/2 oz Jose Cuervo Tequila
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 2 oz fresh or frozen strawberries
- About 2 oz fresh pineapple
- A hint of sour mix
- A strawberry and/or some additional pineapple ambiance.
Get R Done:
- Pour the ingredients into a margarita blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour contents into a chilled margarita glass if you have one.
- Finish the whole thing off with the strawberries and pineapple on the side.
